These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between Esnero.com (hereinafter "we", "us") and the registered users (hereinafter "members", "users").
Registration on www.esnero.com is free and offers users access to advanced features, e.g.:

Membership does not constitute a paid subscription or any payment obligation .

5. COSTS, DURATION AND TERMINATION

The user can terminate their membership at any time without notice – via:

an informal message to support@esnero.com .

Upon termination, the account will be deactivated and all personal data will be deleted in accordance with the privacy policy, unless there are legal retention obligations.

Esnero.com may terminate membership with reasonable notice if technical, legal or organizational reasons require it.
6. DATA PROTECTION
The protection of personal data is our highest priority.
Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with the current privacy policy of Esnero.com and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7. RULES OF USE AND ABUSE

Any misuse, e.g. multiple registrations, false identities or attempts to manipulate technical systems, may lead to immediate exclusion.

Esnero.com reserves the right to temporarily suspend accounts and investigate cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

Recovery of deleted accounts is impossible after misuse.
8. LIABILITY AND AVAILABILITY

Esnero.com strives to ensure the online shop is available at all times. However, temporary outages may occur.

Esnero.com is not liable for:

technical malfunctions outside of our own sphere of influence,

Force majeure (natural disasters, power outages, network problems),

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies , excluding international private law.

If the user is a consumer, the legal place of jurisdiction is their place of residence.

For entrepreneurs, the place of jurisdiction is Erlenbach am Main .

Esnero.com does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but always strives to resolve conflicts directly.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS
Should any provision of these terms be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The invalid provision will be replaced by one that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the original provision.
